Hi Mom. Yes, it was. And yes, it hurt.
Unbelievable. After clicking on the file...I can see Sami laughing her head off at the top of the picture...at least I think it's Sami. I'm now going to have to kill her.
When you SNOW board and fall, it's not so bad. You're wearing snow pants, thick jackets, usually a helmet and the snow is pretty forgiving. I just saw that picture and cringed. OUCH!!!! Poor Aaron!
Sand is actually not bad to fall on; snow can get pretty hard if it's packed/icy. And on sand you don't get cold and wet and you don't need all the gear--so it is pretty cool--if you don't fall on your face, of course!
Oh, the gig's up--Sami is clearly laughing. Good thing you ran off down south, girl!
one. i love that you can see ripples in the sand like a wave because you crashed so hard.
two. i love how hard sam is laughing.
Doesn't look like fun--too close to a new shoulder and wrist like someone's motorcycle ride!
